1) Very, very, hostile staff, who drives the engine of the Lutz location. They will passively aggressively and downright openly be hostile to you, with no consequence from management.
2) No support for RN. The center managers have no clinical background. None.

Check reviews like this before interviewing for a company. If a company has a lot of open positions, it probably is not a good sign. There are 2 FT RN's and 1 PT RN per center (if at all). I was hired with 2 new RN's plus 2 center managers. The first RN left after a week. That was smart.

Most of the time the manager strolls in about 9am . Most of the time there is no manager because now they have 2 centers to manage. This job is a nightmare! Run!!!!!!

Yes. But only if you are full time or part time extended. Benefits are expensive. With insurance through MedExpress you can be seen at any MedExpress for free. They currently have insurance through high mark, however there has been some communication about the contract with them ending this upcoming August 2017. They are trying to renew it but if they are unable to, being seen at MedExpress for free may not be possible anymore. Just depends on how that contract goes.

Random days, weekends are required. Schedule rotates. Only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Generally, aren't scheduled 3 12s in a row.
