Train and review companies more often hire managers with previous strong medical background and leadership abilities and education in medical management or medical degree, better staffing for front and back staff be honest have a better ENR system don’t have favoritism, discontinue unrealistic practices. Have scheduling done by a time keeper allow staff to submit days or requests into Kronos to have fair scheduling.
