They've tried rebranding their products and services, and have greatly improved customer service. However, lack of mobile phones to augment sales, Internet speeds which vary greatly between neighborhoods, and no effective answer for newer aggregate streaming services such as Sling TV make their product future look less than positive.
The cable company is a monopoly and isn't going anywhere, anytime soon.
