Depends on the department. When I started I was super micromanaged and was afraid to even try to talk to people in my department as I was seen to be a trouble maker for asking questions. I found he desks uncomfortable and the atmosphere a bit stuffy god forbid I use my phone for anything

The culture is not normal. Youre not allowed to eat at your desk, cant even throw food garbage away at your desk, you cant hang up a sign--god forbid you get a piece of tape stuck on the wall! oh and if the sun is blinding you due to the building made of glass and you want the blinds down?---well guess what too bad! because the CEO demands the blinds are up. be sure to pack your sunglasses.
