Management is pathetic! It is a poorly run institution esp in Plano. The profit margins is all they are looking at each and every day. Greed knows no bounds. Employees come last and paid poorly, no raises some years! Management makes certain their pockets are well lined. It is a numbers game I agree!

The work environment is awful. The culture is awful. This place cannot stay fully staffed. These people do not care about their employees and it seems they are constantly trying to make the work life even more miserable. It's unsafe!
