Why MCL? A lot of behavioral based questions.

They have a very long list of questions. They started with what was written on your resume and then followed by the work related behavioral questions. Try hard to give them your best answers!

Long boring questions about scenarios . Just awful interview. Boring interview by 2 unit managers. The DON was good though , very lay back guy. Those other 2 women who interviewed me for an RN position were just awful. I will take my expertise elsewhere.
