Step above others but not the best
Certified Surgical Technologist (Former Employee) - North Richland Hills, TX - March 6, 2022
Great people to work with and create a decent environment to work but the pay isn't the best for the amount of work that's expected. If you're on call the weekend just plan on working another day.

Very busy
Surgical Technologist (Former Employee) - Plano, TX - April 11, 2021
Lots of contract employees. Very busy environment. Every specialty done here so it’s a good place to diversify your abilities. Staff works very hard. Little appreciation of their efforts. Most staff members are very close. All try to have each others backs.

I was a student at this facility
Surgical Technologist (Former Employee) - Dallas, TX - April 15, 2020
The overall feeling that the full-time staff gave was that they were overworked, under appreciated, and under paid for their dedication and hard work.
