For this position, 'Medical Scheduler - Work From Home / Remote', I would make it a 10 hour work day Monday through Friday. I would also stagger the coverage with multiple hires. I would also leverage this
position for advancement.

I would get the EVS organized better than what it is. I would hire employees that can hold a conversation in English as well as Spanish. I would make sure that people are NOT on their phones, I would follow through with I what I promise. I would make sure that the employees get recognized for their work. When employees receive compliment cards, I would make sure they are announced. I would make sure supplies were on time. There are so many things that need to be done with the EVS department.

Change the management and make it the way it used to be before it became Medical City, they have made too many cut backs with good quality care.
