Our department turnover is almost non-existent & our department is staffed & our nurse leader has almost 20 years of clinical experience. So I don't think you can make generalizations about an entire hospital.

The work environment is awful. The culture is awful. This place cannot stay fully staffed. These people do not care about their employees and it seems they are constantly trying to make the work life even more miserable. It's unsafe!

Horrid. Nursing leaders have little clinical experience. They lack compassion and are poor listeners. Very sad for this growing community!
