Hours are ok depending on what you are expecting. An 8 hour shift is usually 10-12 hours. You always work short. You are required to stay to finish everything from your shift. Continuity of care is nonexistent.

40 hrs a week but the rehab side census gets low and at times you may be asked not to come in.

Make sure you don't question management about shedule. They take great offense to being questioned. You work until you are finished. Don't expect anyone, including management to help get you out sooner.
