It only took about four days for the hiring process, once I completed the interview I was told that if my background came back ok I was guaranteed the job. The background check was clear in about 3 days and I reported to the facility for orientation the following day it came back.

Report answer

Hiring process is approximately 11 days. A person puts in an application (either through indeed or directly at MFA), a phone screening is conducted and interview set if criterion is met. The interview is usually within 3 days of the phone screening. The interview is a 2-3 panel interview that includes at least one peer group member. If the interview is positive, then background checks and references are gathered. After positive BGC/references, the applicant is offered a position. Orientation is every other Monday.
