Personally I think facility's needs to hire more older people and cut down the patient load, reason is the young people today are not serious about taking care of people and they are way to playfull

Regarding parham Heakth care, it was my first nursing job. I truly enjoyed working there but opted to look into other fields of nursing. I branched out and learned.......parham health care is the best. The team and family atmosphere are awesome! They actually speak to you and treat you as a valuable team player. The administrator comes out of his office and knows personnel by name. He brings a air of positivity. I did go back to parham and I plan on staying until retirement.
With any job it is what you put in it and the attitude you have when you walk through the door.

The work environment is horrible never enough staff they don't care about there employees you can pick up and work double shifts but if they are short when your shift over they refuse to let you leave they write you up without explanation suspend you and fire you all in the same week without your feedback what the residents say or do they come first and you are nothing to them!!

This place have orientations every week the new hires never stay they gone by the end of the week right back out the door!

The management team only look out for themselves. They have lots of opinion meetings, but they don't really want your opinion. If you make waves, you might as well start looking for another job. They will make it their mission to get you out. Happened to me.
