MG is a great place to work if you are dedicated and can do your job without distractions. There are quotas to meet and penalties for a lot of small things that if not payed attention to can cause a low earning work day. Most management can me helpful but if you are new you want to keep your eyes and ears open to learn from the more seasoned reps to - more... succeed.
Hate the healthcare benefits and the 21 days advance notice for PTO that you have already earned. Very strict with sick days as well.
All in all, there is a lot of money to be made here if you are able to adapt and do things the right w ... - less
