I was only with the company for just a few months, however in that short time I got a glimpse of just how well managed the company is. The support that you receive is unmatched. Great opportunity to make a good income.

I was very happy when I got the job at Medical Guardian. It ended in training. It was a RUSHED WEEKS! Once out of training it began. From the supervisors not communicating and not being on the same page at all. If you call out, you must present a doctor's note and it is still counted against you. The ACW is 45 seconds. Call handle time is 9 minutes!! How is this when the clientele are elderly ppl that are calling in to activate these devices. They live alone and sometimes no family/friends. On top of that on EVERY call we were told to get them to purchase a $6.99/month protection plan. How insulting to have to solicit the ELDERLY. The calls are bk to back. Not a good experience for me and I want ppl to know what they're getting themselves into. Good riddens.

Calls aren't always great but thats a call center for ya. Great management and good people. Most everyone is respectful and kind but there are always exceptions. The benefits are decent. Some people have to work Saturdays
