Face to face interview with Hospice Administrator. It was very informal, and down to earth.
Every manager does it differently.
There is not an established procedure.
It was easy and uncomplicated
Interview with Nurse Manager and met staff. Offered to shadow with one of the staff to see what happens on a visit
Hired on the spot
Brief. The company will hire anything the breathes and passes a background check.
For my interview it was:
* conversation with the manager about what was needed
* discussion on what my skills and familiarity with hospice
* advised that it would require travel average of 2 weeks per month
