This really depends on you. The hiring process can take as little as a few days, including onboarding documents and health screenings. Submit your resume and interview with a recruiter, complete your hiring documents electronically, complete screening process (drug screen, background check, health documents), and begin working!

Took 3 days, initial call, next day in person interview, then you interview with the potential employer, after they get the ok, they send you to get your physical and drug test a week later your are working.

I think it depends on who you're dealing with. Its been 3 plus weeks for me...finally another recruiter took over my file, but I have other offers for FT now. Lots of delays.
