Good company, may have lost some of it's vision

I was part of the Professional Services group. It was a client facing role and representing Medidata to my clients was both extremely fulfilling and stressful. The core product, Rave works very well, but there is a significant technical debt that needs to be addressed.
Other Medidata products are not as well developed nor technically supported as Rave. That is the cause of most of the client facing stress that PS and Customer Care (Helpdesk) faced. My opinion is that Medidata should focus on resolving this, it will become a large problem in the future if it's not addressed
