A lot of nepotism and favoritism. They all have past history together, outsiders don’t do well their. Lack professionalism and true leadership..... it’s more in line with a cult then a culture of people who work together towards the mission of the organization.
They - more... have no appreciation for loyalty or professionalism, pretty much do what they want because they can, not because it’s the right thing to do.
