Being overworked and lack of continuity. The rules change often, there is little to no corporate support which leads to poor management which leads to unhappy employees. There is little to no incentive to do a good job, other than to not be let go.

Employee satisfaction is at the lowest I've ever seen it. We have people leaving to other practices because the environment is negative, the workload is too much, management is stressed with unreasonable demands which then trickles to the boots-on-the-ground employees and makes them unhappy. There is no support for practices from corporate, everything is about the bottom line, not employee retention.

It depends where you are located and cost of living. We start our girls at $13 more if they have worked in a hospital setting of anything medical.
