To listen to their good and dedicated workers. Have a back bone for your company. Don't let it be run by rude and nasty just hired people and let them drive out good employees. Happy employees makes a good company.
Employee satisfaction is at the lowest I've ever seen it. We have people leaving to other practices because the environment is negative, the workload is too much, management is stressed with unreasonable demands which then trickles to the boots-on-the-ground employees and makes them unhappy. There is no support for practices from corporate, everything is about the bottom line, not employee retention.
You are truly nieve if you are not aware of the underlying issues that are present....
