Being an On-Boarding Specialist collecting documentation for new hires is extremely important.
We work with mentally challenged residents with mental disorders so our clinicians has to licensed to go into the facilities.
Very diverse workplace.
The hardest part of the job is credentials and making sure licensures are not expired.
Enjoyable part - more ... of the job is meeting and speaking to new people - less
