like many companies out there, this one focuses on both productivity and quality of information captured and aren't very open to change due to the high level of competition in the industry for contracts. I firmly believe that if they like most similar companies out there, continue to focus so much on increasingly higher levels of productivity versus a balance of that with the quality of the information captured, that the industry is losing its grip on "viable, usable captured coded information for future studies and research. Also the company representatives and recruiters are difficult to reach at times and can take several days to get back in touch when an issue develops, yet expect you to respond to them immediately when contacted with no exceptions or excuses. A double standard???
competitive salaries, fair benefits(medical), easy to use system of recording time and attendance. great education benefits for CEU's.
poor communications, lack of work if you can't make the mark, empty promises of available work that never materializes.
