• Applied knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines for certain products and there allowed amounts to bill and ship out.
• Applied knowledge of the insurance companies in regards to prior auths needed, verification on any items along with deductibles and copays.
• Took payments by phone and applied money to accounts.
