management encouraged leaving a shift when a family emergency occurred only to punish for the absence later. the company culture at that time was toxic to all levels of employees. i and other upper level providers were hired under a 2 year contracts only to have a new contract forced on us with less compensation and more responsibilities for shift coverage less than 1 year later. after a large exodus a new contract was presented with improved compensation only to be replaced with another one in a year with more responsibilities and expansion to DOT physicals. employee support was perfunctory occasional meal provision. it often seemed that management at most levels I experienced were constantly modifying practices, contracts, policies and procedures to simply buy time for a merger.

Upper management isnt around much as they are based out of state but overall a bit disorganized. Loved the scheduling process and on call scheduling as well. Loved my coworkers at all the locations I floated too. Did not want to leave but had to due to relocating out of state!

Hours working there were long and could get overwhelmed with the calls..Not very understanding people when it.comes to management.. Hopefully management changed up.

Did not have many skilled workers. The convenience of working 3 days a week is well unless you get called in. In this work environment you should always expect to be called in on your days on call. This company has been bought out several times so be more than accepting of changes including logos and name.
