Supportive director , results driven, organized . Not much growth / raises are minimal . Overall recommended as there is good learning and CEU reimbursement was generous.

They care about themselves first, then profits, then patients, then employees. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Bad, entrenched management. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? You must conform. You must obey. You must not question. You must not bring in new ideas. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Misery and frustration. Interference.

It was fun. They were always perceptive in receiving complaints and always acted in the best interest of employees and customers. I honestly couldn't think of a better company.
