Upper management is the worst, the hard working bees are always getting laid off. Human resources promise to keep your benefits, etc if re hired in 10 months. I applied to at least 30 jobs and nothing. Sad to say the least.

Customer service in white marsh Maryland is the worst experience of my life with micro managing, high turn over, management lack people skills, you're not valued, not respected, no breathing room, management favors only help those who are their friends or drama companions, dont want to see you grow, team leads, supervisor, manager incompetent have problems solving minor issues no where to go with issues or concerns with the job...

Drama! Poor management (the manager favors and does things with the employees that wouldn't promote SPIRIT VALUES) so if you stand for something they'll try to get rid of you quicker than the day they smiled to get you in there. In a little over a year one manager had 5 people leave and others are searching hard to leave as well.
