Why I like it at Med Star
They have really good health Insurance, they also have their sick leave and vacation time separately. Its a great place to work with room for growth where you can learn a lot

First professional job
This was my first professional job which opened other doors. I learned how to perform administrative duties, check patients in and out, collect co-payment due at the time of visit, send prescriptions request to medical assistants through Centricity and update patients’ information

Medstar Medical Group
Medstar is a large company to work for and it continues to grow by the day. There are pro’s and con’s when working for Medstar Medical group. It can become challenging and overwhelming all at the same time.

Management Lacks
Previously worked within the company. Management is very poor and unprofessional. Management in hiring should take a look at who they hire to be in charge of offices. The one in charge of Charlotte Hall isn’t going to make it. The rudeness and lack of skill is ridiculous. Asks way to much of you to stay, does not care about your kids nor other life commitments. Terrible communication between offices and other co workers.
