Massive company world wide, you will always be asked to do more with less, and then sadly less becomes the standard.Products are impressive - when in stock. But each product has it’s own contracting/implementation process. Very confusing both internally and externally.Very siloed environment.

Not a bad place to work but leadership expects more out of you than the pay you're given. This isn't your typical sales commission plan more like a bonus. Management will manipulate your area sales goal quarter to quarter and almost impossible to hit your quota.

The company itself is not bad. Pay is just okay and benefits are decent. Management, HR and employees are terrible. There is a lot of favoritism and many clicks making working there very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I've often had an issue with being told I have to work mandatory overtime the day before instead of two days before like they promised and making me have to cancel previously scheduled life plans. The management and engineering team does commonly listen to the workers and will often tell them they're wrong about a process they know, even when the engineer doesn't know anything about the process. The workplace culture isn't the best when it comes to LGBTQIA+ community.
