Management isint organized. Low pay. They work friends of friends and nephews. PMs are not done properly. Low staffing in shops. Worked straight for the hospital 10 yrs which was great the last 8 yrs was terrible. We were outsourced to ABM for 5 yrs which wrecked everything them Medxcel took over which thought it would get better and it got worse.
