Over the top micromanagement. Cut throat management. Everyone is scared that they will lose their jobs. If you are looking to get thrown under the bus, then this is the place for you.

They would work with you whenever possible and make sure you are trained mostly before being thrown on your own. Doesnt reimburse for tools though that are needed for the job

Ping Pong Without The Table
Engineer (Former Employee) –  MarylandJune 30, 2018
Medxcel is trying to manage the facilities of 140 some hospitals through out the country from one spot - Indiana. Using a one shoe fits all approach to business, the company is failing miserably. Due to the company's inability to meet financial obligations, many of the hospitals critical equipment are left in an unsafe state of disrepair. The management's major concern is to maximize the company's profit to insure a bonus will continued to be added to their salary. The company claims to have a Christian based mission; if this true, the devil must be in the pulpit.

God ole boy at its finest!
Maintenance (Former Employee) –  Pensacola, FLMay 26, 2018
If you are a hard worker, take pride in your workmanship and believe in customer satisfaction you will work your behind off for the ones who are slackers. Managers are constantly changing your schedule disrupting your family life. New younger employees are hired or put in manager positions overseeing older workers believing older workers are not capable of grasping new technology. This company needs to re-take management 101 on treating employees fairly and anti-bullying classes.
Pros
Good benifits
Cons
Good ole boy, cut throat

Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp Position) (Former Employee) –  Indianapolis, INApril 20, 2018
This was a temporary position. This is a non-profit organization which put their employees first. A typical day would be to research and enter invoices, the way the system was set up 10 - 20 invoices were processed daily the rest of the invoices were sent to different facilities for approval or research.
Pros
Provided free fruit. Employee activites that involved all departments.
Cons
Complicated accounting system.

Managment is horrible
Landscaping Technician 1 (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLApril 9, 2018
Even though the company is not so bad it's micromanaged and is really out of order they don't tell you that you will be dealing with trash majority of the day even though it says landscape it should say trash scape, Custodial arts or janitorial duties should be the keyword for this job
Pros
Good schedule
Cons
Unacknowledged supervisor

Data Entry and Customer Service (Current Employee) –  Indianapolis, INFebruary 25, 2018
Certain rules are constantly changing and there are a lot of favorites being played. The work we do is easy and they train you well enough to be okay, but it a lot of micromanaging.

Work with great people. Just hard to get help when you need it because there is way to much work for the few people we have. But overall not a bad place to work.
