2) 3 "interviews" that lasts an hour, each with a different group of people.
3) Background check
The interview process is pretty basic and l found it to be fair and pretty stress free.
It was very quick and straight to the point.
The lady who interviewed me tried to get up in my face and be intimidating but in reality she has immense deep rooted psychological issues that don't have anything to do with anyone in the workplace, but she feels the need to take her anger out on her employees.
Its not bad. No different than any other interviewing process.
We interview with the manager of dept we will be working in and also with the store director. Then they do drug test and background check
