Dealing with the employees who have been there many many years and watch everything you do and go to management. Of course those people can do know wrong even though they talk on the company phones to each other all the time. Dealing with being treated like dirt by people who come back to our store after they were gone to another store. Also dealing with directors who won't always do their job right.

Managers who don't know the fundamentals of their job, put in a position due to favoritism

Rude customers and wondering if all the work I do will be appreciated. It never has.

Bad customers and keeping up with the insane pace management expects of you. Expect to get yelled at a lot even if you do everything correctly and on time. Also expect some customers to come up to simply to yell at you for stuff entirely unrelated to you.

Never enough help.

The cold weather outside

The hours and unexpected trucks. By hours I mean working 3rds

The upper management and no communication

The customers
they are so rude and I don't know why

With a high turn over it gets stressful. But it could be worse.
