Be sure to remember it's retail and can be very demanding. Weekends and holidays are usually required.

Be honest and willing to work ask lots of questions about what is expected.

Do your homework and research the company. Talk to people who have worked there.

Biggest tip: don’t waste your time!

Ask a lot of questions, they don't inform you on some of the job requirements. For example, taking inbound calls all day while you do other work. Interviewers seem to avoid mentioning this because most people don't want to work in a "call center environment."

Be professional and polite and dress in business casual; not as if you're going out with friends. Take in a resume if you have one. Be prepared to answer questions about yourself and ask questions about the job for which you are interviewing.
