Productive and fun place to work but severely understaffed and little management.
It’s not a bad place to work. Easy job. Fun environment. Great coworkers. But lacks authority of management, no one’s actions are accounted for when they mess up, nothing is done when things should be. And they always lack on employment, majorly understaffed.

Managers were never on the same page, was difficult to get some tasks done when 2-3 managers want it done in different ways. They don't respect you as a person, just a body. Understaffed was an issue and will continue to be an ongoing issue. Mostly management was the prime delimma.

They say they appreciate you but they don’t. They ask a lot of you that you don’t get paid enough for. The only good thing they offer are benefits for both full and part time. From the six years I’ve been here the company has been going down. They are consistently hiring and when people do get get hired and don’t stay for more than a couple days. This is for any shift. People who have been there a while quit for better opportunities. There is no way to move up but if you want to be in management. I don’t recommend it!

Typical retail job, long hours. Some of the management were difficult to work for. Not enough help at times. Holiday times were hectic as in any type of retail.
Gas Station Attendant/Cashier in Fraser, MI

Every second of the day is busy work and can get monotonous, although like any other job, it gets exponentially easier the more you work. You do a little too much work for the little pay. If I had to guess I'd say the job should pay around $15+ easily due to having to do 3 people's jobs at once. The company culture can make up for some of its work load vs pay discrepancies though. The company is forgiving and flexible with hours and the customers often make your day every single day! Its a job at the end of the day. Its not a finish line, it is only a checkpoint.

It was a mass hire for two stores opening in the area. Met with several people for several positions. Most were questions pin-pointed on my resume.

How do you feel about helping others? What do you feel you can bring to the team that others may not be able to do as well as you?
