MEMIC has built a culture focused on collaboration amongst its employees. We value our policy holders, the insured, and our colleagues to create workplace safety above and beyond just our workplace itself. MEMIC is a great place to grow and develop a career because there are lots of opportunities to learn from others who have navigated the world of workers compensation insurance and can share their best practices across a multitude of departments and functions.
