Security Officer in Texas Medical Center

The overall atmosphere of security-related duties are feasible. Advancement is available from day one of employment if you so desire. If seeking a customer service job this is the one it's a great career in public relations.
RN Staff Nurse in The Woodlands, TX
on August 10, 2022
I was on a new unit. The teamwork was great. The manager really seemed to care about the employees. Never had any complaints. I would definitely recommend being a nurse at this hospital.
Patient Access Representative in Houston, TX
on August 9, 2022
Management are extremely unprofessional, show favoritism, talk about staff behind their backs. No room for growth or transfer opportunities. Low pay.
Physician in Houston, TX
on August 6, 2022
Memorial Hermann is run like a corporation, not what's best for the patients. Services that are needed for the patients are cut because they don't generate enough profit.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Houston, TX
on August 5, 2022
Started here as a new grad and they were generous with their training and support during that period. The nature of the job is incredibly difficult but there were also some issues with stability (frequent floating, unclear expectations, etc.) that made an already difficult job more stressful. Overall compensation was fair and they gave out bonuses to staff nurses, especially during the height of COVID. Management was average. Fellow employees were mostly good and helpful.
