Revamp Human Resources! Need staff in this area with a little more knowledge of HR operations.

Consider being fair, not unfair, when it comes to laying off long term employees, versus employees that have been around for less time. Go by SENIORITY. Staff that have made a long term commitment should not be treated like this. Particularly minorities.
