This company is currently following the trend of many retailers nationwide; as in working more and longer hours with fewer benefits, less help, and less pay. being consistently understaffed and underpaid has been tough on morrell. It also makes four unless pleasant customer experience, upon which our bonuses are based. It seems to be a vicious cycle. The stock has dropped drastically in the past 5 years which has caused the stockholders to dictate and impliment plans that are terrible for every level of worker from management to salesperson. Rather than invest in employees, they gave begun to make cuts. There's no room for growth, a high turnover rate and so the pressure is increased for anyone still around and still knowledgeable of the (sometimes intense) job. With no increase in pay.
Stressful for the pay
