Thank you for your feedback. Menemsha creates training opportunities for its employees on a regular basis and encourages participation. In addition Supervisors set goals for their staff to help them grow and learn. Advancement and pay upgrades come to those employees who are diligent, assist with improvement processes, follow company policies and enroll and complete suggested job enhancement training.
Menemsha encourages team work and group participation in events such summer outings, barbecues, costume parties, Thanksgiving luncheons etc. EVERYONE is welcome to participate.
Supervisors have an open door policy and are always willing to listen when an employee is seeking suggestions on how they can grow within the company.
