I would never refer anyone to this facility...Period! They do not value or take pride in their employees!

When I started my job there in 2016 I was making $10 hourly when I left the job my final pay was 10.40! You do the math....it’s almost disgusting to even think about then amount of work and effort I put in to my job and left with the same thing I came to the facility with....NOTHING!

Fire all supervisors an start over!! They are liars and feel like they can not be replaced!!!

MHRC offers a sick leave and vacation bank all in one. The accrual rate depending on your years of service. It starts accumulating 5 hours per pay period for FT staff and goes up .5 hours each year you are with the company to a max of 10 hours per pay period for 10 years

Like any job you’re very happy and motivated about starting and just learning new things but over time that motivation tends to diminish very quickly with you have a department supervisor who doesn’t care at all....it makes you not want to go in!

Invest back into your employees and also appreciate those who have DEVOTED themselves to this company! Look at the turnover rate in your different departments....Evaluate your managers annually to see if their on target as it relates to the success of the department is concerned!

It can take up to two months. Mostly because of the back ground checks. You have to do it because of the type of patients they deal with.
