The company lacked organizational skills from the home office to the smaller programs. There was no direction and everything was always out of order. The turn over was frequent; I had five different bosses every year for four years.

Sick and Vacation days are accrued separately and at different rates. You get up 200 vacation and sick hours but stop accruing at that point. Hours can be accrued over years and roll over from calendar year to calendar year.

It takes less than 30 days. There are two interviews (usually more than one person interviewing in one; then the supervisor of the person you will work under performing a second interview), skill testing, TB test, criminal background fingerprinting, UA drug screen, and then the need to wait for results, as well as to wait for references to be checked.
