Sick and Vacation days are accrued separately and at different rates. You get up 200 vacation and sick hours but stop accruing at that point. Hours can be accrued over years and roll over from calendar year to calendar year.

We take off frequently, clients need us but, we go to the beach daily, management is in an office meeting daily, from 9 AM to 12 PM, then they go to lunch. Clients are waiting, we can take it, we leave as much as possible. After all, they are so kind, and generous.
