Menzies is operated by corrupt, greedy executives. Too much turn over, favoritism, unqualified people and training. Low pay. Hostile work atmosphere. Union is badly needed in the south. Contracts are very poorly negotiated and certainly not in the interest of the worker. Workers are intimidated and treated like slaves.

There is no mathematics test. you are required to be able to think of how many hours it takes to get from one gate to the other. It has to be done in your head but there is no test. It's just common sense. I don't know about gate training yet
