If you were in charge, what would you do to make Menzies Aviation a better place to work?
Menzies has a terrible follow up system with people whom apply and they do not know enough about the aviation business to be recruiting. Get a clue!
What advice would you give the CEO of Menzies Aviation about how to improve it?
I would start by firing the executive suite at the corporate office in Dallas. There is not one person there who is in it for the success of the company. They are just there to make money for themselves as the EVP has stated many times. I go to work everyday and see how they continue to run the company to the ground and look at who to blame for their mistakes or who to fire next. In order for the company to prosper improvement changes need to be made from the most senior leader. I wish the UK wouldn’t continue to look the other way, they know very well what is happening at the US operations and continue to support the mockery.
