Too many turn overs. People calling in and not having enough people to cover to call outs. No call no shows. No one wants to work with the kind of pay they are offering.

Losing contracts left and right at AUS. Terrible southwest RVP and General managment. Nearly no pay and benefits to speak of = EXTEME TURNOVER. If you work your rear off but don't play politics, you will be fast-tracked out the door. That is not a recipe for success.

Menzies is operated by corrupt, greedy executives. Too much turn over, favoritism, unqualified people and training. Low pay. Hostile work atmosphere. Union is badly needed in the south. Contracts are very poorly negotiated and certainly not in the interest of the worker. Workers are intimidated and treated like slaves.

Future of Menzies must be stable but it is not. Too much employee turnover, too much favoritism, too much miss management and unfair treatment of employees. An effective union is badly needed in the south.

This company already lost all contracts but 2 in Terminal B Newark NJ... People are smart enough to not come to work in winter for just 10.20 an hour.
