The workers are very messy and miserable and so are some of the managers it's like a big high school very stressful.
Not only are the customers that walk into a Mercedes Benz dealership penny pinchers. They expect you to roll out the red carpet for them. You would think that you would be dealing with better clientele when your selling highline cars however, they are worst than challenge credit customer's...the majority of them are very rude and arrogant...they want everything but do not want to pay for anything. They think because they are paying the price you would pay for a Mercedes Benz, that they are paying you the money for the car. They like their gluteus maximas kissed. For any little thing, they cry like babies right to management. They are the worst people to deal with, and they don't let you make any profits off of selling them a car.
I want to get paid hourly so that I can have a gauranteed paycheck, I no longer want to get paid by commission.
