Tips are pooled between everyone who isn’t management or higher, so there isn’t much to go around and everyone who has worked there for some time has left. Most people are very new and inexperienced.

Chill place to work but late hours

I really enjoyed my time here and really appreciate them giving me my first retail job. The hours where later than I was comfortable with and I was barely part time because I worked close to 40 hours a week. But still, it was a great learning experience and proved very helpful for my overall well-being.
