To be hired at Merck, a series of skills and values are required that are not limited to your level or level of study. The time it takes to get hired will depend on how you perform in the interview. Normally you are interviewed by several people. In my personal case, I was interviewed by a person from the human resources department, a supervisor and the plant manager. During the interview they evaluate which values move you. That's why not only your degree or level of study is seen, but your training as an individual.
