Allow for advancement in current positions when the level of experience and responsibility has increased substantially (years), or lose that investment! Why? Acknowledge workers by having them invested in the success of co.
Advancement issues seem to be common in IT. Not sure of other areas.
They got to treat people as better than other companies,or they will leave and work else were...i would as well!If you want good faithful workers treat them well and give praise,pay raise,bonuses,dinners,gifts,time off with family(good with pay)and hardly require them to work overtime,hire more people,if you need more work to be done!If the office and CEO HAVE OFF,THE WORKERS ON THE FLOOR WANT AND SHOULD HAVE OFFF,TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED,OR YOU 'WILL lose GOOD KEY PEOPLE, YHAT IS TRUTH!!!
There cant be the 'good ole boy way'! If you are a good worker you deserve advancement without bias...Or people will look else were for better employment,there is no other way!
