VERY stressful. We have such high workloads and high expectations from the higher ups. The expectations are simply unreasonable. I've never had anxiety until I started working here and I've worked in a bank before. I'm currently looking for a new job because I don't want to end up on blood pressure and anxiety meds.

For me, I had sent in a resume through indeed, received an email to call and schedule an over the phone interview and had my phone interview the same day, I was informed I’d need to apply on the company website also and resubmit my resume through email as well.
I then met with a recruiter a few days later, waited another few days for a call back in which I was contacted by someone from HR explaining the next step would be the background check which would take anywhere from 5-13 days. Towards the end, I ended up taking employment with another company and kindly declined moving forward as I needed to work. For me, the process took about 2-3 weeks. From the phone interview to the interview with the recruiter, everyone was very warm and welcoming. I got a very great impression of the company by the office alone.
