Sitter in 345 Saint Paul St

The pay is okay compared to the fact that’s it’s not much to do. But for the psych patients we get sometimes Mercy does not go into details about who we are sitting with for 12hrs until we get i. the room & realize it for ourselves.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in Oklahoma City
on June 24, 2022
I work with the best surgeons, the best anesthesia, and nurses and techs. Everyone works together in our well oiled machine to make sure no one gets treated unfairly. One big happy family is what we all want in a workplace.
Cardio Neuro Step Down Unit in Fort Smith, AR

Bedside direct care staff absolutely phenomenal. Sadly, they are left extremely understaffed and way overworked. Administration micromanages it's difficult and extremely stressful.
Menu Concierge in Baltimore, MD
on May 5, 2022
I've been a Concierge for 2 years at this hospital and the management is atrocious. We have managers that don't come in and when they do come in they don't help when they can see us being understaffed. Half of the time I come into work stressed and hoping no one called out so I don't have to do the work of 3 people. If someone calls out you end up having to do work of 3 people and fall back on your tasks for the day. You end up exhausted because you're running around making sure everything is okay. Management also doesn't know how to do the job so they can barely help out and don't know how a shift should be run. You're often dealing with coworkers who do not want to help each other, they only want to criticize you and complain. And when it gets short staffed no one wants to work together as a team, everyone just wants to suffer individually. It's dog eat dog culture in the food service department.
