Very fast paced in big city areas. I worked with minimal support and had to figure things out on my own which slowed down a very demanding schwdule.

Favoritism. You get promoted if you make your boss look good. The problem is some ADO’s don’t do their job so you have to pick up the slack. Upper management knows this and doesn’t care.

Very stressful and compensation is very minimal. They do not care about employee but they do care about that money from government. Paper work is ridiculous and way exaggerated for minimal results l. Would not recommend.

As a Property Manager, it is always busy busy busy...tight budget and dealing sometimes with a multitude of personalities & deferred maintenance! Difficult compliance procedures slow down efficiency in getting tenants housed!
