At the time I worked there, it was very short staffed. Had found a way to get the job of two people done, then it was an everyday expectation. Also no respect or encouragement for the hard work.Tried to talk to management and was basically told, too bad. So for my health & sanity I bid farewell.

Always short staffed. The next thing you know your doing other people’s jobs that we’re not in your description. I would stay away from mercy. Not a great employer.

Micromanage. Mercy pushes out the great employees and keeps the ones who aren’t they great or milk the time clock. Mercy could care less about patients or employees.
