Unrealistic expectations, Leadership not focused on caring for co-workers. Quality customer service begins with Leadership that values the workers. This is not the case with Mercy. It is a do as we say environment opposed to a do as we do environment.

At the time I worked there, it was very short staffed. Had found a way to get the job of two people done, then it was an everyday expectation. Also no respect or encouragement for the hard work.Tried to talk to management and was basically told, too bad. So for my health & sanity I bid farewell.
